So recently i stumbled upon a powerful book The Walk of the Spirit,The walk of Power by Dave Roberson. Mind blowing!!!! I get so excited once its about time to head home from work, i cant wait to head home and pour through the books. I t basically reminds us that the Holy Spirit is here to hep us pray. he is here to help us.


We dont have to toil we just need to submit to him. If you have ever been in such a troubling situation that prayer just feels so difficult, the words cant seem to come out then you know what i mean, i have been there countless times and at such times, i just say Holy Spirit help me pray an

d the words comes tumbling out, i don't have to understand them, i don't have to explain them, he is speaking through me, with tongues, in his own language. I just have to trust him! Suffice to say anytime i am done, i am filled with power and strength. Speaking in tongues is a mystery, it is power. I have made a commitment to spend more time speaking in tongues daily. Just edifying my spirit. If you are serious about living a life of power , filled with the Spirit then you need to read this book! Thank me later

The Walk of the Spirit - The Walk of Power Here are some extracts  Page 14 Once I asked the Lord, “Why did You give us such a peculiar language to use in prayer?” This is what He spoke to my spirit: “Among men a language has never come into existence that carries the vocabulary to express everything I am in you through Christ Jesus. Since there was no language with such a vocabulary, I had to create my own and loan it to you while you are on the earth. I just loan it to you till you come up to Heaven; then it will cease. “Meanwhile, you know in part, and I know everything — My entire redemption plan for all eternity. Whenever the devil comes against you, don’t worry about it. Because of your infirmities, I will start making intercession for you according to that plan. And even though you only know in part, I will pray the part you need.”

The Great Exchange: Trading Our Plan for God’s Plan

There is a supernatural exchange that takes place as we pray in other tongues. Look at what Romans 8:27,28 says: And he [the Holy Spirit] that searcheth the hearts knoweth what is the mind of the Spirit, because he maketh intercession for the saints according to the will of God.

And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose.

What does it mean, “he that searcheth the hearts”? It means that the Holy Spirit continually searches your heart with the intention of removing everything that is contrary to the will of God, your Father the Planner. Then the Holy Spirit replaces it with the plan He heard for your personal life before the beginning of time when God formulated His plan for you. He prays the perfect plan of God into your spirit so you not only know what you are called to do but how to fulfill that call in the perfect timing, will, and power of God.

God trades your natural plans and ideas for His through the supernatural medium of exchange, tongues for personal edification. You can know beyond a shadow of a doubt that as you yield to that divine exchange, all things will indeed work together for good for you, because you love God and are called according to His purpose.

He Helps Us Find Our Calling

However, you can’t discover the purpose God has called you to fulfill just by reading His Word. Now, you can find out in the Word everything you need to know pertaining to the inheritance that belongs to every believer. You can learn all about salvation, healing, prosperity, righteousness, Heaven, the blood, and ministry offices. But you cannot find out from the Word alone what God has called you to fulfill as an individual member of the Body of Christ.

There is no “Book of Roberson” that I can turn to for personal instruction. I have to discover my divine calling by revelation through the personal inward work of the Holy Spirit.

No one knows our calling better than the Holy Spirit. He was in the Presence of God when our call was first planned. That’s why He brought His supernatural language with Him when He came to live inside us. We’re just too ignorant to know how to pray about our call. So His great reservoir of wisdom and counsel resides within our spirits, just waiting to be released through tongues.

Kicking fear out of your life

I'm sitting here at my office, faced with a situation involving a family member that ordinarily should make me terrified, i took a moment to think and realize that i am not afraid, i am not scared and i am not in doubt that it will all end well. I can sense the devil trying to make the feel like i should actually be scared, what if try to creep into my mind, but i find comfort from the word of GOD. ''Perfect love casts out fear'' , ''for we have not been given a spirit of fear but of boldness and sound mind'' , you see years ago if faced with even a less important situation, i would have been fretting, my day ruined etc... no appetite.

 Its amazing how one passage in the bible can change your life, one day i stumbled on this very well known passage. Psalm 55 vs 22 Cast your burden upon the LORD and He will sustain you; He will never allow the righteous to be shaken. Mathew 11:29-30 …29 Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me; for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. 30 For My yoke is easy and My burden is light.”   I thought so myself, so GOD wants me to drop my burdens at his feet, Jesus wants to take it from me, he also promised that he will not let me be shaken!!!! If after i pray i am still worrying about a problem, did i really leave it at his feet? Doesnt that mean that i am still carrying the burden? That was the turning point in my life, you see worrying doesnt make it better, it just gives more room for doubt and it keeps growing and doubt simply means that i do not believe GOD can solve the problem, it simply means that i dont believe in his power. So these became my worry curing  steps

• I see myself at the feet of Jesus, i lift the burden and drop it at his feet, and once i drop it, i will not pick it up again. I have let it go, it is no longer my burden it is no longer my worry, it is no longer my problem, it now belongs to Jesus. 
• My next realization is that there is nothing Jesus cannot solve, he is so big that nothing is a challenge or problem to him. This means that my problems is actually solved. 
• Step 3 is realising  that the devil is truly a liar and he might try to put more pressure of make it look like its getting worse, he is just a toothless beast, he can do nothing, unless he gets my mind, he needs to get me to pick up that burden again! Once i do thst then i am not back to square 1 but even worse off than i was before, so use this verse 2 Corinthians 10:5New International Version (NIV) 5 We demolish arguments and every pretension that sets itself up against the knowledge of God, and we take captive every thought to make it obedient to Christ. I keep saying it and then i go into tongues, and praises. 
• GOD has NEVER FAILED ME! GOD HAS NEVER FAILED ANYONE! Once i leave it at his feet, it is sorted, it might not happen exactly how i want it or when i want it, but GOD is GOD and he has my best interests at hand.

What does GOD have to do with my workplace?

What does GOD have to do with my workplace? Oh! but everything!! With all the deadlines, challenges, stress and demands, we need GOD to help us out! I know for one that i cant do without GOD in my workplace. He is very much a part of all the process as i am . Years ago, i used to have work related issues a lot, so i knew i was smart, everyone knew, but when it came down to getting the job done,for some reason, i would labour and labour and someone else would get the praise, every single thing that went wrong would go to me. At some point i realized it was time to take this to GOD. 

I discovered this great Psalm 5 v 12 Like a large shield, you surround them with your favor. ... But You, O LORD, are a shield about me, My glory, and the One who lifts my head. Psalm 29:11 this was an eye opener, so it was possible for GODS favour to so surround me that when people looked at me , they would see favour. I also realized something from the story of Ballack and Ballam, Favour doesn't mean that they will like you, it only means that they will do what will work for your own good, whether they like you or not! Hallelujah. I got hold of this verse and put it to work, every morning before i get to work i spend time speaking in tongues and prophesying that  verse to myself, with time i began to see myself covered in favour, you see its one thing to pray but its a totally different thing to see yourself in the totality and truth of the prayers or the prophesy. 

Things didin't change i open day , no of course not, but gradually, ever so gradually things started changing , i started noticing that there definitely was a change in the vibes i was receiving. Then the net step was to examine my work process, my attention to details, i found myself asking GOD what can i do to change, what can i o to change how can i be better at what i do? What is most glorious about yielding to the Holy Spirit is that all of a sudden you will see him show up in every aspect of your life, offering  advice to you and granting you grace and favour that people cannot understand.

With time i started receiving solutions to problem in my dreams, once i get tensed, i know i just need to go to that quiet place and talk to GOd and in no time the answer i was ever so searching for would come to me, this then began to manifest itself in my everyday life, in all the solutions to problems that cropped up and with time people began to see me as a problem solver ans a solution provider. 

So i task you today to get the habit of inviting the Holy Spirit in every single thing that you are doing and you will see a massive change, you will see immense favour begin to work for you in ways you cannot imagine,

Having Faith even when it looks impossible

Years ago i asked GOD to teach me what it meant to have faith. I wanted to be like David and Joshua.... lol that was the beginning of a series of lessons!See i thought it meant that he would just drop faith in me, little did i know that he would lead me through a series of situations where i would learn to trust him, believe hi word and HAVE FAITH! The first was easy, but it got harder, each stage i passed led me to more trying situations, more impossible cases. Until i got to the point where trusting GOD became easy, a few things i learnt.

1. GOD loves it when you trust him! He loves it when in seemingly impossible situations you stand your ground and believe that he will show up!

2. GOD has never left a man that trusted him!

3. Doubting GOD is a sin, its you saying you dont believe in his power.

4. Believing in the miracles in the Bible doesn't mean you believe GOD can do same in your life.

5. When desperation comes, GOD is not in it.

6. GOD works wonders, miracles are real! Mind-blowing miracles are more real!

7. In the midst of the storm it is possible to be in complete peace! The type that surpasses understanding!

1 John 5vs 5 says, He that overcomes is he who believe in the word of GOD. I realized something, remember when GOD said Life and death i present to you, choose live. He was also saying My WORD and the Devils word I present to you. Choose MY WORD and live, now let us remember that Jesus is the WORD of GOD, JESUS is life! Hallelujah! This made me realize that when something happens there are two words presented to you, What GOD says about that situation and what the Devil says about that situation! The devil constantly tries to make you choose his scenario, but glory to God we now have a choice! To choose what GOD says! This means that all i need to do is to search for his WORD about that situation, i need to search in the book of words! The Bible, the living WORD! Once i find it, if i truly believe that GOD exists, then iv got to hold on to that word, iv got to just keep believing never waver. Regardless of what the devil shows me, i have to know that all that is a lie and only GODS word is true!

Keep believing, keep trusting, keep the faith! GOD is alive!

Being a Single Christian in year 2016

Years back, i remember stumbling upon an article on Todays Christian Woman site about what it means to live a Christian life whilst single. Things like Jealousy, anger were mentioned. I look back at that post and ohhh, i wish that was the case!!! If you are serious about GOD you gotta be real. It is hard harrddd to stay true to GOD as a single lady i wont even begin to image what it would be if i were a man!! In a depraved world, a world where immorality ha become moral, where the abnormal has become normal.

First of all, SEX, SEX,SEX,SEX !! What do we do about SEX . I literately lost almost all my friends the day i decided to stay off sex, cos lets be real, sex is a sin, whether it is with a committed man or not. Sex is a sin. Whether you are engaged or not! For a lot of Christians and leaders in the church, we have somehow got to the stage where we have approved s within ourselves. Its an unspoken rule you do all you wanna do and go and lift up holy hands on Sunday. For me this was not the case, i would not have peace at all, i could feel the Holy Spirit hurting. I would feel him soo far from me! It was hard so hard to stay with him.
I remember countless times i decided no more, but i would still find myself going back to sin, i would cry and  cry and ask GOD to help me, i recall one night while i was crying..begging for the secret, the Holy Spirit whispered to me that mind blowing passage in Galatians 5:16 ''Walk in the Spirit and you will not fulfill the desires of the flesh'' He continued ''it is not your ability but my ability in you''. I screamed ! that was the secret, as long as i kept trying i would fail, if only i could just focus on him, spend more time with him, commune more with him, he himself would help me! This i did, i just stopped trying, just spent more time with him. I cannot tell you when i stopped, i cannot say when i stopped the wild parties, all the mad drinking, mindless sex, all i know is one day i looked back and realized i hadn't had sex in months, hadn't drank or watched porn. Somehow by being in his presence he changed me!! He himself took away my uncleanliness and clothed me with glory!



Halleluya! Why am i writing this down? Cos i know i am not the only one, i know some of you are out there trying to live for him. You will fall, but dont dwell on it, pick yourself up and go along! His grace is sufficient ! Shalom.
